San Felice Building Group, LLC provides construction and related services, including custom home construction, additions, whole-home renovations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and design/build services in Arizona.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. 5. Appointments and Consultations

Requests to schedule an appointment or consultation are subject to availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular appointment date or time.

We may contact you to confirm, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. Appointment confirmations and reminders may be sent by email, telephone, or SMS when the applicable communication method has been authorized.

6. Estimates, Proposals, and Construction Agreements

Information provided through the website, including descriptions of services, photographs, examples, general pricing information, or other materials, is not a substitute for a written proposal or construction agreement.

Specific project scope, pricing, schedules, payment terms, warranties, change orders, and other project requirements are governed by the applicable written agreement between San Felice Building Group and the customer.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a fully executed written construction agreement, the applicable written construction agreement will control with respect to that project.
